“Fly Casting Skills Development Day” - July 13 - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
With Fly Fishers International Master Certified Instructors Sam Decker, Paul & Gail Gallo, Richard Ross & Tony Ertola.
This Event is Free to All
The Fly Casting Skills Development day is an approach to skill development at four levels from beginner to advanced that includes both instruction and evaluation at each level. For example, if you are a beginner you will receive instruction on basic beginning skills and then can test whether or not you can meet the standards for those skills by casting a set number of tasks at each level. This program is not only lots of fun, but also provides feed-back on your level of casting and how you can successfully move from one level to the next over time. More detail about the program can be found on the Fly Fishers International website. Select “Learning” from the menu and then Fly Casting Skills Development. You can bring your own rod or use one of the rods the will be available at the event.
